Chief Finance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and administration will define the process and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support agency growth. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, MA/MBA preferred in business, management, or finance.  The CFO will have at least five to eight years of professional experience, including managing the finance and administration of a $10-$20 million organization (preference given to nonprofit experience). The CFO will have experience creating and driving the analytic framework for planning and managing organizational change in a highly entrepreneurial organization.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
The CFO reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Supervised by Program Manager, working collaboratively with Residential Kitchen Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Two part time positions available.  Must be available afternoons, evening, and weekends.  Job duties include:

  • Maintain and clean work area and follow food safety procedures
  • Wash dishes, pots, and pans. Stack dishes, glasses, and silverware.
  • Remove trash.
  • Set up and maintain food items.
  • Check appropriate temperature of food.
  • Oversee food storage and food handling practices to maintain the areas according to safe food handling regulations.
  • Assist with training/supervising assigned clients in the food service area.
  • Know how to safely operate and properly clean machines/appliances in kitchen.
  • Accurately follow recipes as necessary
  • Serve food in a friendly and helpful manner.

The Psychostimulant Recovery Peer Advocate assists in the development and monitoring of the recovery systems of UConnectCare (formerly known as GCASA). They will demonstrate relevant, competent knowledge and skills in the area of providing one-on-one recovery services and support to individuals. In addition, they will provide linkage with other service providers in the community. DUTIES:
Per diem and part-time position. The nurse is responsible for all nursing related services for each patient and for linking patients to the physicians and to outside medical resources. He/She participates in the Interdisciplinary Team Meetings when necessary to inform the clinical team about medical issues and is available for emergency medical situations. The nurse provides all services under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
