At UConnectCare, our approach to treating substance use disorder is backed by years of research and experience. We follow a medical model of care, recognizing addiction as a chronic illness that affects the mind, body, and spirit. Our compassionate team is committed to helping individuals of all ages, races, and genders find a path to recovery.


Comprehensive Integrated Outpatient Services

We are licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) to operate outpatient treatment clinics at:

  • 430 East Main Street, Batavia, NY

  • 249 East Avenue, Albion, NY

Treatment begins with a Comprehensive Adult Assessment, which lasts approximately 90 minutes. Our clinical team works together to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.

Our treatment team includes:

  • Medical Director

  • Nurse Practitioner

  • Registered Nurses

  • Credentialed Addiction Counselors (CASAC/CASAC-T)

  • Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)

Specialized Programs

UConnectCare offers several specialized programs to support recovery:

  • Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)
    Includes Methadone Treatment and other FDA-approved medications. Methadone is dispensed Monday–Saturday.

  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
    We prescribe all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder.

  • Gambling Treatment
    Designed for individuals and families affected by problem gambling.


Insurance & Payment Options

We strive to make treatment accessible for everyone:

  • Uninsured? Meet with our agency navigator for help applying through the NY State of Health Marketplace.

  • No coverage? We offer a sliding fee scale for self-pay clients.

  • We accept most major insurance plans.
