Integrated Outpatient Services
UConnectCare is licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) to provide outpatient treatment at:
- 430 East Main Street, Batavia, NY
- 249 East Avenue, Albion, NY
Personalized, Whole-Person Care
Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment that explores the many factors affecting a person’s life and substance use. Our clinical team works collaboratively with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan with realistic, meaningful goals tailored to their needs.
Open Access Walk-In Hours
Individuals can begin the assessment process without an appointment during open access hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 10:45 a.m. (both locations)
Adolescent services and Methadone treatment are available by appointment only.
Evidence-Based, Trauma-Informed Treatment
UConnectCare uses proven, evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Seeking Safety

- No coverage? A sliding fee scale is available for self-pay clients.
